PLÉN Foods was created from a simple belief - that nourishment should do more than fill you up; its should fuel your purpose. 

Found by Kyle Gallant, a nurse practitioner and real estate investor turned mission-driven entrepreneur, PLÉN began as a way to merge wellness, community, and impact under one roof. 

After years of working in healthcare and seeing the connection between nutrition, resilience, and recovery, Kyle set out to build something more-a planted-based brand rooted in real ingredients and meaningful purpose.

At PLÉN, every product is crafted with intention. From micro green Himalayan salt blends to protein bites and savory superfood crackers, each item is designed to nourish both body and community. 

We're small, local, and proudly hands-on-develoing clean, shelf stable foods while building momentum toward commercial production and co-packing partnerships. 

And we believe in giving back. A portion of every product sold supports causes that align with out values--from animal welfare to addiction recovery to local job creation.
